So what is ADHD...
ADHD is unique to every person. It brings with it strengths and challenges.
Clinically there are three sub-types of ADHD which are inattentive, hyperactive and combined. All three sub-types of ADHD can provide challenges in three main areas – focus, function and feelings (click left).
ADHD is a neurodevelopmental condition that you are born with and live with your entire life. It has been described by some people with ADHD as their best friend as well as their worse enemy. Click below to read more.
